La Finca

Has its own private area, a swimming pool, garden views and landscape scenery around the villa, its a secluded destination for those who want to enjoy the finesse and the beauty of Spain and to do so in luxury and in a private environment while on holiday.

Interior

The villa is fitted throughout with modern designs and to a high standard, the luxuries this home has to offer include air conditioning which is fitted in most parts of the villa along with a central heating system. A home cinema entertainment system complete with a DVD player, video, and a music centre for listening to some tunes on the radio or a CD.


All the bedrooms have twin beds and have patio and balcony access, ceiling fans are for cooling. These rooms are all private with their own views. Only 2 bathrooms in this house, both with a power shower unit and a bath, there is a separate WC with shower on the lower level.
The living room is furnished with and open fireplace and mantle, the hallway and cloak room all lead in to the living room, amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and a large fridge and freezer unit.
The living room had a small breakfast area for a small number of people.

Exterior

The outdoors of the house show a swimming pool, solar heated and built in the middle of a sun terrace in a terracotta design. The surrounding terrace has shade and sunloungers to help relax and pas the time away. The view from the terrace overlooks the golf course nearby and the mountains and the valley of Cortijo Grande. In a separate garden within an enclosed space is a barbeque and seating area totally private and great for those food getaways.
