Casa del la Vista is 45 minutes car ride from the nearest airport, which is in Almeria, and is just minutes away from Turre, lined with restaurants, tapas bars and supermarkets. This town also has a weekly market every end of the week. This area is known to be untouched land and nature reserve surrounding the towns and the villa include the Cabrera mountains, rock climbing, mountain biking and walking are all popular activities. Not too far is a golf course with a superb driving range and golf course along with a private airfield nearby.

To the south of Casa de la Vista is the town of Mojacar with a beach resort, the beach offers swimming, sunbathing, and watersports, while the town offers restaurant and cafes providing the tasteful cuisine of the south. High above on the hills the small pueblo overlooks the beach and the Mediterranean Sea.

Andalucia is the warmest region in Spain and also in Europe, add mountain ranges, clear waters and groves of citrus and olives, this makes a rich and vibrant location. Almeria is one of 8 provinces across the Spanish South Eastern Province. Most of the architecture can be related to the Moors and it offers some of the best historical ruins.

The nearest airport to Mojacar is Almeria and it is about a 45 minute drive from the villa, the other nearby airports include Murcia and Alicante which are approximately 2 hours away. Hire a car in Spain at any one of these airposts, it may be possible to collect a car at one airport and leave the car at another it is that convenient. Car hire is recommended for the longer excursions which take you into the rich countryside and throughout the villages.
